ACTION REQUESTED:
Request acknowledgement of County Auditor signature on Tax and License Secrecy Clause Confidentiality
Agreement with the Washington State Department of Revenue.
BACKGROUND:
In order to access the tax information needed to analyze sales tax revenue, we need to change the
authorization to the current Budget & Finance Director with an updated Tax and License Secrecy Clause
Confidentiality Agreement.
INTERACTION:
RECOMMENDATION:
Acknowledge County Auditor's signature on Tax and License Secrecy Clause Confidentiality Agreement
with the Washington State Department of Revenue.
