ACTION REQUESTED:
Request Board to approve and sign 2 amendments to 2021 Law & Justice agreements for the extension of
the agreement through October 31, 2022.
BACKGROUND:
On December 7, 2021, the Board of County Commissioners adopted resolution 2021-188 approving the
extension of Law & Justice Agreements for grant numbers 21-10 with Kittitas County Event Center and 21-
01 with Kittitas County Public Health to October 31, 2022. The agencies have returned the agreements
which are ready for Board approval and signature.

RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend Board approve and sign 2 amendments to 2021 Law & Justice agreements for the extension of
the agreement through October 31, 2022.

Please send an electronic signed copy, Auditor's Office will email a copy to each agency.
