AGENDA DATE: March 15, 2022
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge FFY21 EMPG-ARPA (Emergency
Management Performance Grant) Agreement E22-264.
BACKGROUND: The purpose of the FFY21 Emergency Management Performance
Grant (EMPG) program is to award funds to states to assist state, local, territorial, and
tribal governments in preparing for all hazards through sustainment and enhancement of
those programs as described in the Work Plan.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office has reviewed and approved
the FFY20 EMPG-ARPA Grant Agreement.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge FFY21 EMPG-ARPA (Emergency
Management Performance Grant) Agreement E22-264.
HANDLING: No handling.
