PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
Contract Amendment #2
This contract amendment modifies the Agreement made by and between Kittitas
County (hereinafter “the County”) and 509 Facility Services (hereinafter “Contractor”)
executed on 12/14/2020 that is attached hereto and hereby incorporated by this reference.
Section 12 of that Agreement allows for modifications that are written and are mutually
agreed to by both parties. The County and Contractor agree to the following amendments:
The compensation for cleaning services shall be increased to $30.00 per hour. The
compensation for overtime rate shall be paid as follows: overtime labor at $45.00 per hour
(1.5x) and holiday labor at $60.00 per hour (2x).
All other terms and conditions in the Agreement remain unchanged.
