<br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 1 <br /> <br /> <br /> PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />Contract Amendment #2 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> This contract amendment modifies the Agreement made by and between Kittitas <br />County (hereinafter “the County”) and 509 Facility Services (hereinafter “Contractor”) <br />executed on 12/14/2020 that is attached hereto and hereby incorporated by this reference. <br />Section 12 of that Agreement allows for modifications that are written and are mutually <br />agreed to by both parties. The County and Contractor agree to the following amendments: <br /> <br /> The compensation for cleaning services shall be increased to $30.00 per hour.
