RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT BETWEEN KITTITAS COUNTY AND 509 FACILITY SERVICES
WHEREAS, the County executed a contract with 509 Facility Services on December 14, 2020
for the cleaning and decontamination of isolation housing; and
WHEREAS, due to service charge increases, cleaning charges have increased from $25.00 to
$30.00 per hour with a four hour minimum, and overtime rates shall be paid as
follows: labor at $45.00 per hour (1.5x) and holiday labor at $60.00 per hour (2x).
The parties desire to amend the Agreement to reflect these updated rates, as
detailed in the amendment that is attached hereto and hereby incorporated by this
reference. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas
County, Washington, authorizes execution of the attached contract amendment. .
