TO AWARD THE BID TO FURNISH CRACK SEALANT MATERIALS F'OR 2022
WHEREAS: A Notice of Call for Bids was approved and signed on February 1,2022,to
furnish Crack Sealant Materials for 2022; and
WHEREAS: Sealed bids were opened on February 17,2022, at2:00 p.m. in the Kittitas County
Public Works Office, and four (a) bids were received; and
WHEREAS: The Public Works Department recommends that the responsible bid of Arrow
Construction Supply for Schedule "A" and Special Asphalt Products for Schedule
"B" be accepted; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the
best interest of the public, does hereby award the bid for 2022 Crack Sealant Materials to Arrow
Construction Supply for Schedule "A" and Special Asphalt Products for Schedule "B", be
accepted, upon such terms and conditions as specified in the Proposal submitted by said
bidder(s).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Public Works is authorized to sign the
contract documents upon such terms and conditions specified in the Proposal submitted by said
bidder(s).
