BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />No. ACAA-oVC <br />KITTITAS COUNTY LEVIES FOR 2O22TAX COLI FCTION <br />WHEREAS:On this 1st da1' of N{arch, 2022, the Board of County Comrnissioners of Kittitas County, <br />pursuaflt to the laws of the State of Washington providing for the assessment of taxes, do <br />heteby levy a tax on all taxable propefty in Kittitas County and all taxable propeffy within <br />the vaflous taxng dlstflcts, as shown by the assessment rolls ot the County, sard taxes bemg <br />for the pu{pose of defraying the expense of the State, County, road, municipalities, school <br />districts, and all other taxing distticts within Kittitas County, and it appearing that the alnount <br />to be levied for State pulposes as determined by the State of Washington Department of <br />Revenue has been certified to the County, and it appearing that the municipalities, school <br />districts, and other taxing districts have certified to the County the arnounts needed to meet <br />expeflses for 2022 and it appearing that the Board of County Cornmissioners have determined <br />the amount to be levied for County purposes; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: !ilith all tnetnbers concun'ing, that for the <br />purposes of raising revenues for the State, County, road, rnunicipaiities, school districts, and <br />all othet taxing districts, there is hereby levied on all taxable propeffy in the County of <br />I{ittitas, State of Washington, and on all taxable property within the various ta-ring districts as <br />shown by the 2021 assessmeflt toll, in the amounts hereinafter indicated for taxes payable rn <br />2022.
