BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />No.2022-1pfu{ <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT <br />WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County has an interest in aiding the poor amongst its population with food <br />access and hunger-related issues; and <br />WHEREAS, The FISH Foodbank has been instrumental in providing such assistance; and <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County was awarded a $900,000 multi-year grant to aid in such services <br />with FISH as a grant's subrecipient. <br />Now, Therefore, Be it Resolved: <br />The BOCC Chairman is authorized to execute the attached interagency grant agreement with <br />the Department of Commerce. <br />DATEDthis TY day of 2022, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />COMMISSIONERS <br />WASHINGTON <br />\\rrl l lll <br />Brett Commissioner <br />6Tt4- <br />K Clerk of the Board
