<br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 1 <br /> <br /> <br /> PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />Contract Amendment #2 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> This contract amendment extends and modifies the Agreement made by and <br />between Kittitas County (hereinafter “the County”) and Robin Read (hereinafter <br />“Contractor”) executed on 11/01/2020 that is attached hereto and hereby incorporated by <br />this reference. Section 12 of that Agreement, allows for modifications that are written and <br />are mutually agreed to by both parties. The County and Contractor agree to the following <br />amendments: <br /> <br /> <br /> The term of the Agreement is extended through December 31, 2022. Any <br />party may terminate this Agreement by giving thirty (30) days’ notice in writing either <br />personally delivered or mailed postage-prepaid by certified mail, return receipt requested, <br />to the party's last known address for the purposes of giving notice under this paragraph. <br /> <br /> <br /> In addition, the compensation for satisfactory performance of the work shall be <br />increased to $85.00 per hour, not to exceed $20,000.00 from January 1, 2022 forward. <br /> <br /> <br />
