PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
Contract Amendment #2
This contract amendment extends and modifies the Agreement made by and
between Kittitas County (hereinafter “the County”) and Robin Read (hereinafter
“Contractor”) executed on 11/01/2020 that is attached hereto and hereby incorporated by
this reference. Section 12 of that Agreement, allows for modifications that are written and
are mutually agreed to by both parties. The County and Contractor agree to the following
amendments:
The term of the Agreement is extended through December 31, 2022. Any
party may terminate this Agreement by giving thirty (30) days’ notice in writing either
personally delivered or mailed postage-prepaid by certified mail, return receipt requested,
to the party's last known address for the purposes of giving notice under this paragraph.
In addition, the compensation for satisfactory performance of the work shall be
increased to $85.00 per hour, not to exceed $20,000.00 from January 1, 2022 forward.

All other terms and conditions in the Agreement remain unchanged.
