RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AMENDMENT TO PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT BETWEEN KITTITAS COUNTY AND ROBIN READ
WHEREAS, the County executed a Contract with Robin Read on November 1, 2020 to provide
services to the Kittitas County Public Health Department related to local COVID-
19 data, which is attached hereto and hereby incorporated by this reference; and
WHEREAS, the Parties desire to amend the Contract in the manner detailed in the Amendment
that is attached hereto and hereby incorporated by this reference; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas
County now hereby approve the 2022 Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement
between Kittitas County and Robin Read that is referenced herein.
