<br />1 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />TASK ORDER #11 <br />AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZATION FOR <br />ENGINEERING CONSULTING SERVICES <br />(R2) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />By this Agreement dated January 12, 2022, the Kittitas County (Client) authorizes Century West Engineering <br />Corporation (Consultant) to carry out and complete the following Services in consideration of the mutual covenants <br />set forth in the Professional Services Agreement (Master Agreement), executed between Kittitas County and CWEC, <br />and dated on October 7, 2019; and for projects with Federal funding the following attachment: FAA Professional <br />Service (A/E) Contract Provisions. <br /> <br />Project: Task Order #11 – 2022 Hangar Taxilane Development <br /> <br />Project No.: 12436. <br /> <br />Scope of Services: <br /> <br />Overview <br />The Client has solicited from Century West Engineering services for design development of a new taxilane that is to be <br />located south of the mid-field County owned T-hangars and west of the terminal building. <br /> <br />This project scope provides development of layout alternatives and cost analysis, preparations of bid documents of the <br />selected alternative, and bidding support. <br /> <br />The prime consultant is Century West Engineering. KPG is a subconsultant to Century West Engineering, and will provide <br />survey services. HWA is a subconsultant to Century West Engineering, and will provide geotechnical assessment <br />services. <br /> <br />The activities and work elements for each task are described as follows. <br /> <br />TASK 1 – Administration <br />Administrative tasks will include the following: <br />1.1 Project setup, administration, invoicing, and coordination. <br /> <br />TASK 2 – Survey & Base Map Set Up <br />2.1 Topographical Survey Services (KPG). Perform full topographic survey of the project site. The area is <br />approximately 2 acres. The consultant will engage a utility locate firm to denote and mark on-airport utilities <br />within the project site.
