PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT AMENDMENT
This contract amendment is made by and between Kittitas County (hereinafter referred to
as “County”) and FISH (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”). The County and the Contractor
agree as follows:
WHEREAS, Kittitas County and Contractor entered into a professional services contract in
August 2021; and
WHEREAS, the agreement was created with the ability to be renewed for additional periods
after the contract end date of February 1, 2022; and
WHEREAS, the Kittitas County Health Network will not be able to provide grocery resources
for the full length of this contract period to individuals in COVID-19 isolation; and
WHEREAS, due to the continued high case rates of COVID-19 in Kittitas County, there is a
continued need to make isolation and quarantine meals available to food insecure
individuals in their homes; and
WHEREAS, both parties desire to continue the agreement, with the following changes:
Contract end date to be extended to August 1, 2022, with an option for renewal by
amendment if agreed upon by both parties.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas
County, Washington, authorizes execution of the contract amendment providing
for the updates incorporated herein by this reference.
