CDS STUDY SESSION MINUTES

Regular Meeting
MONDAY 1:30 PM January 24, 2022
Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz and Commissioner
Brett Wachsmith.
Others In -Person: Jeremy Johnston, Community Development
Services; Josh Fredrickson, Arden Thomas, and Rebecca Cruse,
Public Works; Carlee Brettman, Communications.
Others via WebEx: Vice -Chairman Cory Wright; Jessica Miller,
Community Development Services and one (1) member of the public.
At 1:31 pm Chairman Osiadacz opened the Community Development
Services Study Session.
COMMUNITY VALUES SURVEY DISCUSSION
CDS Planning Official Jeremy Johnston provided background and
presented the proposed survey questions that is expected to be
issued to the public next month. It was requested by the
Commissioners to look at the length of the survey and see if
some of the questions could be combined or shortened with the
option to expand. The ultimate goal is to create and distribute
a survey that will have a useful and helpful response.
