AGENDA DATE: Tuesday, February 15, 2022
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of an
Interlocal Agreement between the Town of South Cle Elum, Washington and Kittitas
County, Washington for Law Enforcement Services.
BACKGROUND: Kittitas County and Town of South Cle Elum wish to enter into a
joint Agreement to efficiently provide South Cle Elum with law enforcement services.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecutor's Office has reviewed and approved
this Interlocal Agreement.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of an
Interlocal Agreement between the Town of South Cle Elum, Washington and Kittitas
County, Washington for Law Enforcement Services.
HANDLING: Please return two signed originals to Sheriffs Office for obtaining Town
of South Cle Elum signature.
