KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: Tuesday, February 15, 2022 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of an <br />Interlocal Agreement between the Town of South Cle Elum, Washington and Kittitas <br />County, Washington for Law Enforcement Services. <br />BACKGROUND: Kittitas County and Town of South Cle Elum wish to enter into a <br />joint Agreement to efficiently provide South Cle Elum with law enforcement services. <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecutor's Office has reviewed and approved <br />this Interlocal Agreement. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of an <br />Interlocal Agreement between the Town of South Cle Elum, Washington and Kittitas <br />County, Washington for Law Enforcement Services. <br />HANDLING: Please return two signed originals to Sheriffs Office for obtaining Town <br />of South Cle Elum signature. <br />LEAD STAFF: Command Staff <br />
