ACTION REQUESTED: BOCC Signature of mylar granting final approval for the Tiger Plat (LPF-21-00010
& LP-08-00022)
BACKGROUND: The Tiger Preliminary Plat was approved on December 1, 2009 through Ordinance
No. 2009-149 (LP-08-00022). This proposal is for seven (7) lots on 21.06 acres
dividing parcel #12132. The subject property is currently zoned Agriculture 5 but
was approved under the previous Ag-3 zoning designation as part of Ordinance No.
2009-149 for this plat. The property is located east of the City of Ellensburg off of
Mission View Drive. It is in a portion of Section 32 T18N, R19E, WM in Kittitas
County. Assessor’s map number 18-19-32020-0029.
A final plat application was submitted by Flying A Land, LLC on October 5, 2021
requesting final mylar approval for the Tiger plat. Due to necessary changes, the final
mylars were returned and then resubmitted on January 27, 2022. Staff has reviewed
the final mylar with supporting documentation and finds that it is consistent with the
preliminary approval documents. Additionally, final plat review has been processed
in conformance with Kittitas County Code Title 16. The mylar has been reviewed by
all reviewing departments, and all signatures have been obtained.
INTERACTION: Board of Commissioners, Community Development Services, Public Works, Public
Health, and Assessor’s Office
RECOMMENDATION: Signature of the BOCC Chair on the mylar for final plat approval of the Tiger Plat
(LP-08-00022 and LPF-21-00010).
HANDLING: Return signed mylar to staff for transmittal to owner and/or authorized agent for
Treasurer signature and recording.
