Ruby St., Suite 2, Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />CDS@CO.KITTITAS.WA.US <br />Office (509) 962-7506 <br /> <br /> <br />“Building Partnerships – Building Communities” <br /> <br />BOCC AGENDA SESSION <br />STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />BOCC AGENDA SESSION DATE: February 15, 2022 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: BOCC Signature of mylar granting final approval for the Tiger Plat (LPF-21-00010 <br />& LP-08-00022) <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Tiger Preliminary Plat was approved on December 1, 2009 through Ordinance <br />No. 2009-149 (LP-08-00022). This proposal is for seven (7) lots on 21.06 acres <br />dividing parcel #12132. The subject property is currently zoned Agriculture 5 but <br />was approved under the previous Ag-3 zoning designation as part of Ordinance No. <br />2009-149 for this plat. The property is located east of the City of Ellensburg off of <br />Mission View Drive. It is in a portion of Section 32 T18N, R19E, WM in Kittitas <br />County. Assessor’s map number 18-19-32020-0029. <br /> <br />A final plat application was submitted by Flying A Land, LLC on October 5, 2021 <br />requesting final mylar approval for the Tiger plat. Due to necessary changes, the final <br />mylars were returned and then resubmitted on January 27, 2022. Staff has reviewed <br />the final mylar with supporting documentation and finds that it is consistent with the <br />preliminary approval documents. Additionally, final plat review has been processed <br />in conformance with Kittitas County Code Title 16. The mylar has been reviewed by <br />all reviewing departments, and all signatures have been obtained. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Board of Commissioners, Community Development Services, Public Works, Public <br />Health, and Assessor’s Office <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Signature of the BOCC Chair on the mylar for final plat approval of the Tiger Plat <br />(LP-08-00022 and LPF-21-00010). <br /> <br />HANDLING: Return signed mylar to staff for transmittal to owner and/or authorized agent for <br />Treasurer signature and recording. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Final mylar for the Tiger Plat (LP-08-00022 and LPF-21-00010). <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Jeremy Johnston, Community Development Planning Official
