AGENDA DATE: February 15, 2022
ACTION REQUESTED: Approve a Memorandum of Agreement with the Evergreen
Forest County Group, A Rural Public Lands County
Council Affiliate.
BACKGROUND: The proposed Memorandum of Agreement is for Mr.
Weidner to serve as the Washington D.C. government
relation’s advisor to Kittitas County and other counties of
the Evergreen Forest County Group, a Rural Public Lands
County Council Affiliate.
INTERACTION: The funding was approved in the 2022 budget. The
Prosecutors office reviewed and approved the proposed
Memorandum of Agreement #53483.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve a Memorandum of Agreement between Robert K.
Weidner and Kittitas County in the amount of $10,000.00
to serve as the Washington, D.C. government relations
advisor to Kittitas County and other counties of the
Evergreen Forest County Group from January 1, 2022,
through December 31, 2022.
