Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />February 15th, 2022 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners authorizes and signs the Professional Service Agreement <br />Amendment 1 between Kittitas County Public Health and Community Health of Central <br />Washington. (Effective dates: October 1, 2021-September 30, 2022) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />This is an amendment to the agreement with Community Health of Central Washington and the Kittitas <br />County Public Health Department to provide services for the Children and Youth with Special Health <br />Care Needs program, part of the Maternal and Child Health Block Grant. This amendment increases the <br />total agreement amount and timeframe to include the entire program year now that KCPHD has <br />received the updated Consolidated Contract from the Department of Health. No change in total amount <br />from last year. <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on 01/28/2022 <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on 01/31/2022 <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners authorizes and signs the Professional Service Agreement <br />Amendment 1 between Kittitas County Public Health and Community Health of Central <br />Washington.
