RESOLUTION

A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMNT WITH
AERONTII LLC
WHEREAS, Kittitas County owns the Bowers Field Airport; and
WHEREAS, the County desires to maximize the economic potential for the airport as well as
maximize its utility to County citizens; and
WHEREAS, the Airport Manager is proposing enlisting the consultant Aerontii LLC in this
maximization effort; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners considered the matter at its ______________
agenda session and found the execution of the attached professional services agreement to
engage the consulting assistance of Aerontii LLC to be in the public’s best interest.
Now, Therefore, Be it Resolved:
The BOCC hereby approves execution of the professional services agreement for consultant
services by Aerontii LLC related to County property at the Bowers Field Airport.
