ACTION REQUESTED:
Request to set a Public Hearing to consider adoption of County Commissioner District Boundaries.
BACKGROUND:
lhgKifiitls County Board of Commissioner established, by resolution, a County Commissioner
RedistrictinS _{dyi.sory Committee. The Committee has met and unanimously approved a plan to be
presented to the Kittitas County Commissioners for adoption.
INTERACTION:
lne-rctlitry^County Commissioner Redistricting Advisory Committee met with the support of the County
Auditor's Office and technical assistance from the County Information Technology Department to develop
the process for redrawing and approving a recommendation to the County Commissioners.
RECOMMENDATION:
Set a Public Hearing for Tuesday, February 15,2022, at2:00 p.m. to be hetd in the Commissioner's
Auditorium and via Webex to consider adoption of County Commissioner District Boundaries as
recommended by the Kittitas County Commissioner Redistricting Advisory Committee.
