ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Set a Public Hearing to consider the Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG) Contract No. 20-
62210-008 Closeout Performance Report for the project
end date June 30, 2021.
BACKGROUND: As part of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
Closeout Report for Contract No. 20-62210-008, the Board of
County Commissioners are to hold a final Public Hearing to review
and assess project performance.
INTERACTION: Jerry Pettit, Auditor, has been in contact with Department of
Commerce and have communicated when the proposed Public
Hearing will be held to consider the Closeout Performance report.
RECOMMENDATION:
Set a Public Hearing for Tuesday February 15, 2022, at 2:00 p.m.
to be held in the Commissioners Auditorium and via Webex to
consider the CDBG Closeout Report for Contract No. 20-62210-
008.
