JANUARY 18, 2022 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Cory <br />Wright and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor; Julie Kjorsvik, <br />Clerk of the Board; Taylor Crouch, Admin Assistant; Jerry Pettit, <br />County Auditor; Kady Porterfield, KVEC Director; Phil Backlund, <br />Consultant and 1 member of the Public. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending January 14, 2022. <br /> <br />REQUEST WSLCB LETTER – CORONATION BANQUET COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to approve and authorize Board signature <br />on a letter to the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board <br />regarding the venue change for the Royal Court Coronation Banquet, <br />noting a Scribner’s error for Staff to correct. Commissioner <br />Wachsmith seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />UPDATE PHIL BACKLUND COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Phil Backlund Consultant asked them to get back to him on the NORM’s <br />document so he can proceed for what he needs to do. The Board <br />discussed bringing in the County Management Team for feedback on <br />implementing the NORMS across the County. <br />
