COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON WEBEX SPECIAL MEETING
TUESDAY 11:30 A.M. JANUARY 11, 2022
Board members present via Webex: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-
Chairman Cory Wright; and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith.
Others via Webex: Taylor Crouch, Administrative Assistant; Bill
Clarke, County Lobbyist; and 7 members of the public. SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS VOUCHERS CONSIDERATION AUDITORS
Payroll warrant #126275 through #126192 in the amount of $29,891.04
was considered and signed. Claims warrant #810368434 through
#810368439 in the amount of $12,809.48 was considered and signed.
Payroll warrant #126126 through #126174 in the amount of
$214,944.79was considered and signed. Claims warrant #810368338
through #810368433 in the amount of $300,047.64 was considered and
signed.
POLICY MANDATORY VACCINATION/TESTING HR
This item was removed from the agenda.
EXECUTIVE SESSION EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 11:33 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess
into Executive Session for 15 minutes with Bill Clarke, to consider
the selection of a site or the acquisition of real estate by lease
or purchase when public knowledge regarding such consideration would
cause a likelihood of increased price. No action anticipated.
At 11:48 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. There
was no action taken.
At 11:48 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess
back into Executive Session for 15 minutes with Bill Clarke, to

At 12:03 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. There
