BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF KITTITAS COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, in the matter
of initiating a county road project designated as:
GRP NO: 306-21 JOB NO: RC2193
lT lS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Liberty Road over Swauk Creek (07101) Bridge Replacement
The project will replace bridge #07101on Liberty Road crossing Swauk Creek at Milepost 0.02. The bridge is currenfly
load restricted limiting vehicles from accessing the Town of Liberty and nearby public lands. The project will include
replacing the existing bridge, guardrail, approaches and shoulders to meet current Washington State Department of
Transportation safety specifi cations and req u irements.

ACCESS
This project is hereby declared to be a public necessity and the County Engineer is hereby ordered and authorized to report and
proceed thereon as by law provided. (RCW 36.75.050, 36.80.030, 36.80.070).
lT lS FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the officially adopted road fund budget and based on the County
Engineers estimate, is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes shown:
