Whereas,Kittitas County through the request of the sub-recipient an amendment in the amount of beds the contract allows for reimbursement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE lT RESOLVED, the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners authorizes the execution of the lnteragency Agreement Amendment with Washington State Department of Commerce, attached hereto, and incorporated herein by this reference.
