This Agreement is made between Kittitas County (herein called the Local Government) and
HopeSource (herein called Subrecipient) for the Shelter Program in Kittitas County (herein called the
Project).

As Kittitas County has applied for and received an award, contract number 2l-4610C-109, from
Department of COMMERCE to fund the Shelter Program; and
As it benefits the Local Government to engage the Subrecipient to accomplish the Scope of Service and
the objectives ofthe local project;
1. AMENDMENT PURPOSE
The purpose of the amendment is to include additional bed inventory, originally at 10 beds to 18
beds.
2. TIME OF PERFORMANCE
The effective date of this Agreement amended start date of December 15, 2021 andthe end date
remaining the same June 30, 2023.
ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS CONTRACT REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND
EFF'ECT.
