A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING TO THE COUNTY ASSESSOR THE RESPECTIVE
AMOUNTS OF TAXES LEVIED FOR EACH TAXING DISTRICT
WHEREAS: It is the duty of each taxing district to file certified budgets or estimates with
the Board of County Commissioners, pursuant to RCW 84.52.020;
WHEREAS: It is the duty of the Board of Commissioners to certify to the County Assessor
the respective amounts of taxes levied by the Board for each taxing district,
pursuant to RCW 84.52.070(l);
WHEREAS: Each taxing district has filed certified budgets or estimates with the Board of
County Commissioners;
WHEREAS: A copy of each taxing district's certified budget or estimate, as filed with the
Board of County Commissioners, is attached to this resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners
certifies to the Kittitas County Assessor the respective amount of levied by the Board for
each taxing district as set forth in each taxing district's certified budget or estimate, copies of
which are attached to this resolution.

CERTIFICATION OF 2022 EXCESS PROPERTY TAXES
A RESOLUTION of the Board of Directors of Naches Valley School District
No. JT3, Yakima and Kittitas Counties, Washington, certiffing to the Board of County
Commissioners of Yakima and Kittitas Counties, Washington and the Superintendent
of Educafional Service District 105 the amount of excess property tanes to be levied in
year 2020 and collected in year 2021 for the Dishict's General Fund and Debt Service
Fund; and providing for related matters.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF NACHES VALLEY SCHOOL
DISTRICT NO. JT3, YAKIMA AND KITTITAS COUNTIES WASHINGTON, as follows:
Section l. Findines and Determinations. The Board of Directors (the "Board") ofNaches
Valley School District No. JT3, Yakima and Kittitas Counties, Washington (the "District") takes note
of the following facts and makes the following findings and determinations:
(a) By Resolution No. 0l-2021-2022, the Board adopted a budget for Fiscal Year 2021-2022
(the"202l'22 Budget") that included certified General Fund educational programs and operation excess
property taxes in the amount of $2,689,665 to be levied in202l and collectedin2022. The Board has
determined that the amount of the Diskict's General Fund educational programs and operation excess
tax lery previously certified in the 2021-22 Budget of $2,689,665 should now be increased to
$2,950,000.
(b) T\e2021-22 Budget included certified Debt Service Fund excess property taxes to pay
debt service on all of the District's outstanding unlimited tax general obligation bonds in the amount
of $1,650,000 to be levied in202l and collectedin2022.
Section 2. Certification of General Fund Excess Property Tax Levy: Assessor
Authorization. Pursuant to RCW 84.52.020, the Board certifies to the Board of County
Commissioners of Yakima and Kittitas Counties, Washington and the Superintendent of Educational
Service District 105 an excess property tax levy in the amount of $2,950,000 to be levied in calendar
year202l and collected in calendar year2022 for the District's General Fund. The Assessors of Yakima
and Kittitas Counties, Washington, are authorized and directed, without further Board action, to
reduce the General Fund excess property tax levy amount to be extended upon the tax rolls and
collected in calendar year 2022 to be consistent with the limitations imposed by RCW 84.52.0531.
Section 3. Certification of Debt Service Fund Excess Prope4v Tax Levy. Pursuant to
RCW 84.52.020, the Board certifies to the Board of County Commissioners of Yakima and Kittitas
Counties, Washington and the Superintendent of Educational Service District 105 an excess property

CERTIFICATION OF 2O22EXCESS PROPERry TAXES
A RESOLUTION of the Board of Directors of Selah School District No. 119, Yakima and
Kittitas Counties, Washington, certifying to the Boards of Yakima and Kittitas County
Commissioners of Yakima and Kittitas Counties, Washington and the Superintendent of
ESD 105, the amount of excess property tiaxes to be levied in year 2021 and collected
in year 2022 tor the District's General Fund and Debt Service Fund; and providing for
related matters.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SELAH SCHOOL
DISTRICT NO. 119, YAKIMAAND KITTITAS COUNTIES, WASHINGTON, as follows:
Section 1 Findings and Determinations. The Board of Directors (the
"Board') of Selah School District No. 119, Yakima and Kittitas Counties, Washington
(the "District") takes note of the following facts and makes the following findings and
determinations:
(a) By Resolution No. 20-21, the Board adopted a budget for Fiscal Year
2021-22 (the '2021-22 Budget') that included certified General Fund Replacement
Educational Programs and Operation Levy excess property taxes in the amount of
$3,550,1 87 to be levied in 2021 and collected in 2022.
(b) The 2021-22 Budget included certified Debt Service Fund excess proper$
taxes to pay debt service on all of the District's outstranding unlimited tax general
obligation bonds in the amount of $4,550,000 to be levied in2o21and collectedin?02?.
Section 2 Certification of General Fund Excess Property Tax Levy.
Pursuant to RCW 84.52.020, the Board certifies to the Boards of County
Gommissioners of Yakima and Kittitas Counties, Washington and the Superintendent of
ESD 105, an excess property tax levy in the amount of $3,550,187 to be levied in
calendar year 2021 and collected in calendar year 2022lor the District's General Fund.
Section 3 Certification of Debt Service Fund fxcess Property Tax
Lew. Pursuant to RCW 84.52.020, the Board certifies to the Boards of County
Commissioners of Yakima and Kittitas Counties, Washington and the Superintendent of
ESD 105, an excess property tax levy in the amount of $4,550,000 to be levied in

General Authorization and Ratification. The Secretary to the Board, the
President of the Board, the District's Associate Superintendent for District Operations
and other appropriate officers of the District are severally authorized to take all other
actions and execute all other documents necessary to effectuate the provisions of this
resolution, and all prior actions taken in furtherance of and not inconsistent with the
provisions of this resolution are ratified and confirmed in all respects.
.Sentinn 4 Effective Date. This resolution takes effect from and after its
adoption.
ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of Selah School District No. '119, Yakima
and Kittitas Counties, Washington, at a regular open public meeting thereof, of which
