Renewed efforts to reach agreement began earlier this year <br />involving regular meetings over several months between City and County staff, <br />along with Mayor Tabb and Commissioner Wachsmith. The interlocal has been <br />agreed to by the negotiating teams and is being submitted to both legislative bodies <br />for approval. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Board of Commissioners, Community Development Services, Public Works, <br />Prosecutor’s Office <br /> <br />HANDLING: Presentation to the Board by Kittitas County Community Development Services. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Proposed Interlocal Agreement <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Dan Carlson, AICP, CDS Director
