2022 Proposed Rates and Fees
Aeronautical Land Rate: $0.16/sqft per year
Business/Industrial Park Rate: $0.14/sqft per year
Agricultural Land Rate: $50-$130 per acre/per year
Fuel Flowage Fee: $0.10/per gallon
Tiedowns: $5/day and $40/month < 4500 LBS maximum landing weight
$10/day and $125/month >4501 LBS maximum landing weight
County T-hangars: $175/month starting January 2022 increasing to $210 in 2024.
Lease application Fee $25
Lease Transfer/Assignment Fee: $525.00
Access Fees: $40 Initial- good for 2 years
$25 biennial maintenance fee
$40 per additional card
$25 per T-Hangar Lock Key
$75 for replacement lock
Aero Land Maintenance Fee $160 per year - Out of compliance fee $285
Industrial Land Maintenance Fee Individual assessment per lot.
