AGENDA DATE: January 4th, 2022
ACTION REQUESTED: Request the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) to approve and sign the Professional Services Agreement with Chamber of Commerce for Tourism Services for 2022.
BACKGROUND: During the regularly scheduled meeting of the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee (LTAC) on December 16th, 2021 the proposed Contract with the Chamber of Commerce for Tourism
Services for 2022 was discussed.
INTERACTION: The LTAC voted unanimously to forward a recommendation of allocating up to $325,500.00 for the proposed Professional Services Agreement with the Chamber of Commerce. PSA
has been approved by DPA Mitchell via SR #53386
RECOMMENDATION: Approve and sign the Professional Services Agreement with Chamber of Commerce for Tourism Services for 2022 of up to $325,500.00
