<br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />FINANCE STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM, 205 WEST 5TH ROOM 108 - ELLENSBURG <br />Special Meeting <br /> <br />THURSDAY 1:30 PM August 19, 2021 <br />Board members present: Commissioners Brett Wachsmith and Cory Wright Chairman. <br />Commissioner Laura Osiadacz was absent. <br />Others: Jerry Pettit, County Auditor, Amy Mill, County Treasurer, Carly Brettmann, <br />Communication Director and Judy Pless, Budget and Finance Manager <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br />Meeting called order at 1:30 pm <br /> <br />Budget and Finance Manager Pless presented to the Board more information regarding the <br />American Rescue Funds including the Revenue Replacement on how to actually calculate the <br />amounts. Discussion also occurred about creating the funding categories in Balancing Act <br />software for the Board to create proposals on fund allocations by program type.
