FINANCE STUDY SESSION MINUTES

THURSDAY 1:30 PM August 19, 2021
Board members present: Commissioners Brett Wachsmith and Cory Wright Chairman.
Commissioner Laura Osiadacz was absent.
Others: Jerry Pettit, County Auditor, Amy Mill, County Treasurer, Carly Brettmann,
Communication Director and Judy Pless, Budget and Finance Manager
OTHER BUSINESS
Meeting called order at 1:30 pm
Budget and Finance Manager Pless presented to the Board more information regarding the
American Rescue Funds including the Revenue Replacement on how to actually calculate the
amounts. Discussion also occurred about creating the funding categories in Balancing Act
software for the Board to create proposals on fund allocations by program type. Pless also
informed the Board on the reporting requirements, including making sure the information was on
the website.
