FINANCE STUDY SESSION MINUTES

MONDAY 1:30 PM May 21, 2020
Board members present: Commissioners Brett Wachsmith, Laura Osiadacz and Cory Wright.
Others: Judy Pless, Budget and Finance Manager
BUDGET REPORTS
Meeting called order at 1:30 pm
Budget & Finance Manager Pless presented to the Board the 2019 year-end financial
management supporting reports and the revenues and expenditure reports.
The 2020 budget reports through May 7, 2020 for revenue and expenditures reports.
The expenses from the COVID-19 EOC were presented and as of May 7, 2021, the total
expenses were $179,302; the total employee emergency leave and federal sick through May 7,
2020 totaled $207,356.
Discussion occurred on the CARES funding from Department of Commerce and departmental
requests for the allocation of $2,500,850.
