DECEMBER 20, 2021 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Administrative Supervisor; Julie Kjorsvik, <br />Clerk of the Board; Carly Brettmann, Communications Director; Clay <br />Myers, Sheriff; Taylor Crouch, Admin Assistant; Darren Higashiyama, <br />Chief Deputy. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending December 17, 2021. <br /> <br />UPDATE BRIDGE RESTORATION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Sheriff Myers and Chief Deputy Higashiyama provided an update to the <br />Board on the latest Bridge restoration status. There was a <br />discussion regarding the Board’s desire to have better communication <br />from the Sheriff’s Office in the future.. <br /> <br />CONSIDER APPOINT/REAPPOINT 2022 COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to appoint/reappoint the following <br />members: <br /> <br />Reappointments of Randy Beckstead, Joel Underhill, and Sue Bangs for <br />a 3 year term to the TV Improvement District Board, effective <br />1/1/2022 and to expire 12/31/2024.
