AGENDA DATE: December 21, 2021
ACTION REQUESTED: Approve a Subrecipient Agreement between Kittitas
County and HopeSource for CDBG Public Service Funds,
Agreement #20210-2022 CDBG-SR.
BACKGROUND: The proposed Agreement is between Kittitas County and
HopeSource in the amount of $81,570 for the Community
Development Block Grant – Public Services Funds for the
period beginning July 1, 2021, through June 30, 2022. This
is in relation to Contract #21-62210-008 between the
Department of Commerce and Kittitas County, which was
approved on December 7, 2021. HopeSource is to provide
services to low-and moderate-income persons in Kittitas
County.
INTERACTION: The Agreement is being reviewed by the Prosecutors office
and the Auditor’s office.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve and authorize Board signature on an Agreement
between Kittitas County and HopeSource to provide
services as outlined and funded by the Community
Development Block Grant program.
HANDLING: Commissioners Staff to forward two originals to
HopeSource for signature.
