AGENDA DATE: December 21, 2021
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge the Agreement between Clancy
Systems International, Inc. and Kittitas County Sheriff's Office.
BACKGROUND: This agreement is between Clancy Systems International, Inc. and
Kittitas County Sheriff s Office to where Clancy Systems is providing cellular data entry
terminals and printers for the use of issuing citations. This shall be based on a seasonal
usage period from December thru March.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and
approved.
RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge the Agreement between Clancy
Systems International, Inc. and Kittitas County Sheriffs Office.
