BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF Kittitas <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />NO.: 2021- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING TO THE COUNTY ASSESSOR THE RESPECTIVE AMOUNTS OF TAXES LEVIED FOR EACH TAXING DISTRICT <br /> <br />Whereas: It is the duty of each taxing district to file certified budgets or estimates with the Board of County Commissioners, pursuant to RCW 84.52.020; <br /> <br />WHEREAS: It is the duty of the Board of Commissioners to certify to the County Assessor the respective amounts of taxes levied by the Board for each taxing district, pursuant to RCW <br />84.52.070(1); <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Each taxing district has filed certified budgets or estimates with the Board of County Commissioners; <br /> <br />WHEREAS: A copy of each taxing district’s certified budget or estimate, as filed with the Board of County Commissioners, is attached to this resolution; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners certifies to the Kittitas County Assessor the respective amount of levied by the Board for each taxing <br />district as set forth in each taxing district’s certified budget or estimate, copies of which are attached to this resolution. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this day of 2021 at Ellensburg, Washington. <br /> <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br /> Commissioner, Chairman <br /> <br /> <br /> Commissioner, Vice-Chairman <br /> <br /> <br /> Commissioner <br />ATTEST: <br />CLERK OF THE BOARD <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Julie A.
