COMMISSIONERS’ MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />2020 Budget Meeting <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br /> <br /> <br />FRIDAY 9:00 AM November 8, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Commissioner Chairman Cory Wright, <br />Commissioner Brett Wachsmith and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Val Barschaw, County Clerk, Diana MacKenzie, Upper <br />District Court Administrator, Sarah Keith, Superior Court <br />Administrator, Amy Cziske, County Treasurer, Greg Zempel, and <br />Judy Pless, Budget and Finance Manager. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING 2020 PRELIMINARY BUDGET BUDGETS <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 9:00 am to discuss the 2020 <br />preliminary budget. <br /> <br />The departmental budgets presentations were from County Clerk, <br />Upper District Court, and Superior Court. Prosecutor and County <br />Treasurer. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />The Board convened into an Executive Session for G at 10:33 am <br />for five minutes, with no action intended. At 10:38 am the <br />board returned and convened for two minutes. The Board <br />returned and convened at 10:40 am for five more minutes.
