COMMISSIONER’S CONFERENCE ROOM
SPECIAL MEETING
FRIDAY 1:30 PM December 4, 2020
Board members present: Commissioner Laura Osiadacz,
Commissioner Brett Wachsmith and Commissioner Cory Wright.
Others: Lisa Young, Human Resources Director, Amy Cziske,
County Treasurer, Clay Myers, County Sheriff, Diana Mackenzie,
Upper District Court Administrator, Elisha Harvill, Prosecutor
Administrator Supervisor, Greg Zempel, County Prosecutor, Kady
Porterfield, Fairgrounds Program Director, Mark Cook, Director
of Public Works, Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor, Mark Eylar,
Noxious Weed, Patti Johnson, Solid Waste & Facilities
Maintenance Director, Todd Davis, Noxious Weed Director, Jerry
Pettit, County Auditor, Barb Demory, Lower District Court
Administrator, Sarah Keith, Superior Court Administrator, Julie

SPECIAL MEETING 2021 PRELIMINARY BUDGET BUDGET
The special meeting was called at 1:30 pm to discuss and review
the preliminary budget.
Commissioner discussed the budget, including the Prosecutor
staffing for the Civil Department.
BREAK
The meeting was paused at 2:28 pm and resumed at 3:00 pm.
BUDGET DISCUSSION
The Airport Director presented the Airport 2021 budget.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Board called an executive session at 3:48 pm to discuss
personnel for 15 minutes with action anticipated. At 4:03 pm
came out of executive session, no action, resumed for 2
minutes, with possible action. At 4:05 pm the Board returned
from executive session and directed staff to work on re-class
paperwork to bring forward to the Board at the HR study session
on December 18, 2020.
Meeting adjourned at 4:05 pm.
