COMMISSIONERS’ MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />COMMISSIONER’S CONFERENCE ROOM <br />SPECIAL MEETING <br /> <br /> <br />FRIDAY 1:30 PM December 4, 2020 <br /> <br />Board members present: Commissioner Laura Osiadacz, <br />Commissioner Brett Wachsmith and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Lisa Young, Human Resources Director, Amy Cziske, <br />County Treasurer, Clay Myers, County Sheriff, Diana Mackenzie, <br />Upper District Court Administrator, Elisha Harvill, Prosecutor <br />Administrator Supervisor, Greg Zempel, County Prosecutor, Kady <br />Porterfield, Fairgrounds Program Director, Mark Cook, Director <br />of Public Works, Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor, Mark Eylar, <br />Noxious Weed, Patti Johnson, Solid Waste & Facilities <br />Maintenance Director, Todd Davis, Noxious Weed Director, Jerry <br />Pettit, County Auditor, Barb Demory, Lower District Court <br />Administrator, Sarah Keith, Superior Court Administrator, Julie <br />Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board, Benjamin West, Airport Director, <br />Ken Grannan, Airport Operations Supervisor, and Judy Pless, <br />Budget & Finance Manager. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING 2021 PRELIMINARY BUDGET BUDGET <br /> <br />The special meeting was called at 1:30 pm to discuss and review <br />the preliminary budget. <br /> <br />Commissioner discussed the budget, including the Prosecutor <br />staffing for the Civil Department. <br /> <br />BREAK <br /> <br />The meeting was paused at 2:28 pm and resumed at 3:00 pm. <br /> <br />BUDGET DISCUSSION <br />The Airport Director presented the Airport 2021 budget. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />The Board called an executive session at 3:48 pm to discuss <br />personnel for 15 minutes with action anticipated. At 4:03 pm <br />came out of executive session, no action, resumed for 2 <br />minutes, with possible action. At 4:05 pm the Board returned <br />from executive session and directed staff to work on re-class
