COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM/ WEBEX SPECIAL MEETING MONDAY 10:00 A.M. DECEMBER 6, 2021
Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura
Osiadacz; and Commissioner Cory Wright.
Others: Taylor Crouch, Administrative Assistant; Phil Backlund,
Consultant; Carly Brettmann, Communications Director and 2 members
of the public.
SPECIAL MEETING WEEKLY PLANNING UPDATE COMMISSIONERS
At 10:02 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting with Phil
Backlund, for a weekly planning update.
Phil Backlund, Consultant reviewed the weekly planning agenda.
The Board reviewed good news; their “rocks”; issues on track to
solve; a recap of their to-do lists; and a rating of the meeting.
The Board reviewed the information on the Traction Tools system.
Meeting adjourned at 10:58 a.m.
