PROF SSIONAL S CES MENT <br />This Agreement is made by and between Kittitas County (hereinafter "the County") <br />and Accurate Electric Unlimited lnc. (hereinafter "Contracto/'). The County and Contractor <br />agree as follows: <br />General Conditions; Exhibit A (Scope of Work); Exhibit B (Compensation); <br />Exhibit C (Proof of lnsurance). <br />copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference as fully as lf <br />set forth herein. <br />The term of this Agreement shall commence on the date this agreement is signed, <br />and continue until compl_etion of the project. Any party may terminate tfris Agreement by <br />giving thirty (30) days' notice in writing either personally delivered or mailed poslage-prepaid <br />by cedified mail, return receipt requested, to the pafty's last known address ior thJ purposes <br />of giving notice under this paragraph. <br />Contractor acknowledges and by signing this Agreement agrees that the <br />lndemnification provisions set forth in Paragraphs 7 (lndependent Contractor), g (Taxes), <br />15 (Defense and lndemnity Agreement), 21 (PatenVCopyright lnfringement) and 24(Confidentiality), are totally and fully part of this Agreement-and havL been mutually <br />negotiated by the parties. <br />Professiona I S e rvices Ag ree ment (rev . 09 I 24 I 201 B) <br />Page '1 of 17
