ACTION REQUESTED:
Request Boards approval for the Chairs Signature on the change order with the DLR Group.
BACKGROUND:
The county has been working with the DLR Group and the Courthouse committee to locate a new
Courthouse.
This change order will add the cost estimating and conceptual design phase to the project.
INTERACTION:
DLR Group, and Prosecutors office.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend the Board of County Commissioners approve the Chairs signature on the Change order with the
DLR Group.
HANDLING:
Return signed copy.
