Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />December 6, 2021 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Approve the National Association of County and City Health Officials that provides passthrough <br />funding for Central Washington Disability Resources to perform emergency preparedness <br />planning activities for individuals with disabilities. The amendment adds $32,351.97 to original <br />amount for a new contract amount of $82,997.42 and extends the contract date to 6/30/2022. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />This contract is a passthrough with Central Washington Disability Resources (CWDR) through <br />National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO) to perform emergency <br />preparedness planning activities for individuals with disabilities. <br /> <br />Amendment adds $32,351.97 to contracted amount for a total of $82,997.42, and extends the end <br />date of the contract to 06/30/2022. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved 11/22/2021 <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved 11/23/2021 <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approve the National Association of County and City Health Officials that provides passthrough <br />funding for Central Washington Disability Resources to perform emergency preparedness <br />planning activities for individuals with disabilities.
