ACTION REQUESTED: Request to execute Agreements for Kittitas County Superior Court Indigent Defense Services with Candy Powers, Paul McBride, and Margie Alumbaugh
BACKGROUND: Beginning in 2018 the Superior Court entered into contracts with attorneys to provide indigent defense services for adult and juvenile criminal matters. This contract is
the same as 2021 except for scope of work and compensation which is:

INTERACTION: The Prosecutors office has reviewed and approved the proposed Agreements.
RECOMMENDATION: Execute the Agreements for Kittitas County Superior Court Indigent Defense Services with Candy Powers, Paul McBride, Margie Alumbaugh
