ACTION REQUESTED:
Approve 2022 Indigent Defense Services agreement for Lower District Court
BACKGROUND:
Eileen Murphy Young has been the court appointed attorney for Lower District Court for a number of years.
She has agreed to continue in this capacity for another year.
INTERACTION:
This agreement has been reviewed by Judge Sander and Ms. Young. DPA Mitchell has reviewed and
approved as to form.
RECOMMENDATION:
I recommend that the County Commissioners approve the agreement with Eileen Murphy Young to provide
indigent defense services in the Lower Kittitas County District Court for the period January 1, 2022 -
December 31, 2022.
HANDLING:
Please return a copy to Lower Kittitas District Court and Eileen Murphy Young.
