AGENDA DATE: December 7, 2021
ACTION REQUESTED: Approval of an Ordinance Adopting the Kittitas County Capital
Improvement Program for the Planning Period 2022-2027
BACKGROUND: The Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners held a public
hearing on November 29, 2021 to consider the Kittitas County Capital
Improvement Program (CIP) for the Planning Period 2022-2027. At the
public hearing, the Board of County Commissioners considered public
testimony, approved the proposed CIP, and directed staff to prepare
enabling documents. The attached ordinance would formally adopt the
CIP.
INTERACTION: Community Development Services, Public Works, Airport Department,
Event Center, Sheriff’s Office, Public Health Department, Facilities
Maintenance, and Board of County Commissioners.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the ordinance adopting the Kittitas County Capital Improvement
Program for the 2022-2027 planning period.
