COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON CONF. ROOM/WEBEX SPECIAL MEETING TUESDAY 8:30 A.M. NOVEMBER,16 2021
Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura
Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright.
Others: Taylor Crouch, Administrative Assistant; and Kristine
Foreman, HR Director.
SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 8:31 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting and
announced the Board would recess into an Executive Session for 30
minutes RCW 42.30.140 to consider Collective bargaining sessions
with employee organizations, including contract negotiations,
grievance meetings, and discussions relating to the interpretation
or application of a labor agreement; or (b) that portion of a
meeting during which the governing body is planning or adopting the
strategy or position to be taken by the governing body during the
course of any collective bargaining, professional negotiations, or
grievance or mediation proceedings, or reviewing the proposals made
in the negotiations or proceedings while in progress. No action was
anticipated.
At 9:01 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No
action was taken.
There was brief conversation around ARPA funds and Capital
Expenditures currently in the budget.
Meeting adjourned at 9:09 a.m.
