ACTION REQUESTED: Request to adopt resolution No.
BACKGROUND: The Board has been working with a consultant to formulate
the attached Strategic Plan that will create a framework for
that planning and leadership which the county’s citizens
will benefit from.
INTERACTION: The resolution is to formally adopt the Board of
Commissioners 2021 strategic plan
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution formally adopting the 2021 Board
of County Commissioners Strategic Plan
