AGENDA DATE: November 16, 2021
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Set a Public Hearing to Consider Capital Improvement Program
for the Planning Period 2022-2027
BACKGROUND: CDS staff is requesting to set a public hearing for November 29, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. for
consideration of the six-year Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for the planning
period 2022-2027. The CIP is a plan for financing capital facilities within projected
funding capacity that identifies sources of public money for such purposes.
A staff report containing staff recommendations and the 2022-2027 Capital
Improvement Program will be provided prior to the public hearing.
