AGENDA DATE: November 16, 2021
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to approve a Professional Services Agreement with 3 Kings
Environmental.
BACKGROUND: Solid Waste is requesting to have a professional services agreement
approved with 3 Kings Environmental, inc to crush stockpiled
concrete at the Ryegrass Landfill in January 2022.
INTERACTION: The Prosecutors office has reviewed the professional services
agreement. The Prosecutor did not suggest any revisions to the
document.
RECOMMENDATION: Request the boards signature on the Professional Services Agreement
with 3 Kings Environmental.
HANDLING: Original – Clerk of the Board and Solid Waste
