RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT AMENDMENT
WHEREAS, Kittitas County and 509 Facility Services entered into a professional services
agreement in December 2020 for the cleaning and decontamination of isolation
housing; and
WHEREAS, due to the continued high case rates of COVID-19 in Kittitas County, there is a
continued need for the cleaning and decontamination of isolation housing; and
WHEREAS, both parties desire to continue the agreement and amend it by agreeing to extend
the terms of the agreement to October 1, 2022, and remove the need for 30 day
renewal periods. And also to update Exhibit B Compensation invoicing contact to
Katie Odiaga, Kittitas County Public Health Department at
katie.odiaga@co.kittitas.wa.us as detailed in the amendment that is attached hereto
and hereby incorporated by this reference.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas
County, Washington, authorizes execution of the contract amendment providing
for the updated end date and updated invoicing contact.
