COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM/ WEBEX SPECIAL MEETING MONDAY 10:00 A.M. NOVEMBER 8, 2021
Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura
Osiadacz; and Commissioner Cory Wright.
Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Phil Backlund,
Consultant; Carly Brettmann, Communications Director and 1 member of
the public.
SPECIAL MEETING WEEKLY PLANNING UPDATE COMMISSIONERS
At 10:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting with Phil
Backlund, for a weekly planning update.
Phil Backlund, Consultant reviewed the weekly planning agenda.
The Board reviewed good news; their “rocks”; issues on track to
solve; a recap of their to-do lists; and a rating of the meeting.
The Board reviewed the scorecard that was made during the 90 day
update meeting.
The Board reviewed the information on the Traction Tools.
Meeting adjourned at 11:02 a.m.
